RASA's quality assurance is not a checkbox — it's the backbone of our business. From field inspection to final container seal, every step is documented, tested, and certified.
Every farmer in our network is registered and verified. Our field officers conduct pre-harvest inspections to assess crop health, soil conditions, and farming practices.
Harvested grains undergo primary cleaning — removal of straw, stones, dust, and foreign matter — using mechanical cleaners and gravity separators.
Grains pass through multi-stage cleaning systems including destoners, optical color sorters, and graders calibrated to international size specifications ensuring purity levels of 98–99%+.
Each batch is sampled and tested at our in-house quality lab. Tests include moisture content, purity, aflatoxin, pesticide residue, and heavy metals. Batches failing any parameter are quarantined.
Before every export shipment, we arrange third-party lab analysis from NABL-accredited laboratories (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek). A Certificate of Analysis is shared with every buyer.
Approved batches are packed under hygienic conditions. Container loading is supervised by our QA team with moisture monitors, and a stuffing report is prepared for every shipment.
